The mission statement of Trinity Tots Preschool and Trinity Lutheran
Church is “to know Christ and make Him known.”
Our purpose of establishing a Lutheran preschool as part of the ministry of
Trinity Lutheran Church is to minister to the young children and families of our
community by providing a quality preschool education in a Christ-centered
environment.

Statement of Philosophy

We believe that teaching and encouraging Biblical principles, values and morals
(“Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from
it.” Proverbs 22:6), as well as providing for the development of good learning
habits, will give a strong foundation for young children to build their lives on. We
also believe that play promotes the total development of the child. It enhances a
child’s self-esteem, because he/she can succeed in play. When children are
playing at Trinity Tots Preschool, they are discovering and learning about
themselves and their world.
Trinity Tots Preschool is a place where the child is seen as a unique individual
at his or her own level of development. The atmosphere is one of acceptance,
warmth and love with Christian attitudes guiding the child at his or her own pace
and in his or her own special way. The program provides opportunities for the
child to learn and grow spiritually in the love of Jesus Christ, and to develop
socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.

NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATORY POLICY AS TO STUDENTS

Trinity Tots Preschool admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
